The following retail program terms and conditions are intended solely for all qualified and pre-approved book retailers.

If you receive an item you are dissatisfied with, please Contact Customer Service. Please be sure to include your order number for faster service.
If requesting a refund, you will receive a full merchandise refund to your original form of payment within 30 business days. Our Customer Service department will contact you to ensure that your refund is processed properly, so please include your email address and phone number so that we can assist you promptly.
If you would like to replace or exchange your item, our Customer Service department will work with you to select the new item and ship it to you within 30 business days.
Report items that are damaged or missing within 30 days of delivery so that we can ship you a replacement product. By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.
STANDARD ORDER TERMS & BILLING
For convenience, standard payment methods accepted include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the applicable order price. While we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All billing information provided must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in order cancellation. Prior to accepting an order, we may also request additional information from you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. If your order is canceled after your credit card (or another payment account) has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card (or another applicable payment account) in the amount of the charge. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. Palmetto Publishing Group/NextOne Inc may request a pre-authorization for some orders placed online with a credit or debit card. This pre-authorization will not be billed to you; however, your card issuer may hold this amount for a short period. Your card issuer determines the length of time the pre-authorization is held. We do this to ensure that the card details are still valid and that you have sufficient funds to complete the transaction.
By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the item(s). You will not be charged for most orders until the order has shipped. When you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
Palmetto Publishing Group/NextOne, Inc. reserves the right to limit the number of items purchased per order for any reason. We will the notify customer should such limits be applied.
Palmetto Publishing Group/NextOne. Inc. also reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to unauthorized and pre-approved dealers or resellers. For purposes of this Agreement, reselling shall be defined as purchasing or intending to purchase any product(s) from Palmetto Publishing Group/NextOne, Inc for the purpose of engaging in a commercial sale of that same product(s) with a third party.
We accept returns of books in saleable condition between 90 and 365 days of the invoice date. Please call (888) 457-9395 to obtain a return authorization number first.
Author Event Terms & Conditions
Only a pre-established Book Retailer who has ordered books prior to an author event, whether the books ship from Palmetto’s warehouse or through the author, will benefit from the standard discount terms and conditions stated above.
Otherwise, as a courtesy, books supplied directly by T. M. Brown to any Book Retailer for the purpose of conducting an Author Event will be discounted 40%, unless mutually agreed otherwise.
Palmetto Publishing Group/NextOne, Inc. does not offer books on consignment. Any agreement between a book retailer and T. M. Brown for books to be stocked on consignment will be solely between the book retailer and T. M. Brown.
